Chimney inspection

1. Inspection of the outer wall of the body
Scan the outer wall with a camera supplemented by a telescope, record the defects found as pictures, and perform data processing. Divide the outer wall of the chimney into four areas, detect defects such as surface cracks and shelling, and record the detected defects and their distribution in detail.

2. Inspection of the inner wall of the barrel
The inspection of the inner wall of the chimney is carried out under the condition of non-stop production. A high-resolution camera device is used to hoist it into the chimney, and combined with the temperature measurement of the outer wall and the structure of the chimney, a 100% camera inspection is carried out within a certain elevation. After image processing, the type, geometric size and location conclusions of the inner wall defects are made.
In order to make the camera work normally in the chimney and meet the detection requirements, it is necessary to make a special detection device. The device must meet the requirements of the flue gas temperature of 150°C in the chimney.
Divide the inner wall of the chimney into 12 equal parts and inspect from top to bottom. The detection depth depends on the analysis and determination of the temperature measurement of the outer wall. When there is no abnormality in the temperature measurement, only the inner wall with an elevation above 75m is fully inspected.

3. Chimney wellhead inspection
(1) Take video and observe the top of the chimney to see if there are any defects such as cracking, weathering and cracking.
(2) Check the concrete layer and brick body at the wellhead, and record the inspection results in detail.
